That&#8217;s an average of 6 hours in Canada. So is it less in Turkey?<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-ok.png\">&nbsp;In the 12-17 age group, 70% have a mobile phone, and more than 50% have a TV in their room.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-d.png\">&nbsp;<strong>More Time in Nature<br \/><\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-ok.png\">&nbsp;Today&#8217;s children know less than half of what their parents discovered at that age.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-ok.png\">&nbsp;More and more children are growing up without experiencing what natural life is.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-ok.png\">&nbsp;Children and young people need to spend more time in nature for their healthy development. Scientific research reveals that time spent in nature is the most effective method in preventing future mental problems.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-d.png\">&nbsp;<strong>More Physical Activity<\/strong><br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-ok.png\">&nbsp;74% of children living in the city do less than 1 hour of physical activity a day, obesity increases during the summer holidays.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-ok.png\">&nbsp;We know that exercise develops children. Studies examining brain activity show that fit children and adolescents are able to use their cognitive capacities more effectively and for longer periods of time.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-ok.png\">&nbsp;Children who include physical activity in their daily life experience higher self-esteem, less depression and anxiety.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-d.png\">&nbsp;<strong>Evaluating Time &amp; Human Resources<\/strong><br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-ok.png\">&nbsp;We have 16 million children and youth in the primary-middle-high school age group.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-ok.png\">&nbsp;12 weeks of summer vacation, 2 weeks of semester break, holidays, New Year&#8217;s Eve, etc. There are a total of 16 weeks with holidays, ie 4 months of the year. <br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-ok.png\">&nbsp;Making good use of this time is very important for the country&#8217;s human resource management.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geleceginyildizlari.com\/asset\/image\/content-d.png\">&nbsp;During the holiday periods when there are no schools, there is an option:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>150+ Years Know\u2013How<\/strong>&nbsp;=&nbsp;<strong>CAMP<br \/><\/strong> Camp, \u201cextra curricular education\u201d or \u201coutdoor education\u201d, is a supportive element that takes place outside of school environment and hours and aims to prepare children and young people for their future roles.
