Our Route is Innovations, Our Compass is Traditions...

The motto of the Stars of the Future is “Our Route is Innovation, Our Compass is Traditions”.

The goal is to serve Turkey’s bright future by preserving the values that create the Stars of the Future and contributing to the development and education of the youth of the 21st century. While doing this, our most important strength is our staff, who are carefully selected, trained, exemplary and enlightened young people.

Future Stars staff are special young people who prefer to be with children and young people, accompany them on their journey of growth and learning, and spend their summers and other holidays working in camps under difficult working conditions and responsibility.

Their work and contributions to the Future Stars are appreciated and encouraged with various awards.

Selcuk Molla- Outstanding Leader Award

Most of those who have been in Future Stars as campers or athletes want to be a counselor in the future. The dream of almost all those who work at camps is to receive the Selcuk Molla – Outstanding Leader Award, which is the highest honor in the Future Stars, and to have their name written in the wall of honors.

Selçuk Molla started working for the Future Stars as a basketball school coach in 1993 when he was just 18 years old, and since then he has been a “legend” in the eyes of all athletes, campers and counselors. During his years as a coach and director at the Stars of the Future, he has been a role-model for almost everyone with his human relations, outlook on life, diligence and determination.

Inspiring and exemplary to an incredible number of people in a short time and at a young age, Selçuk Molla decided to return to Bursa to continue his family business, With the joint desire of the Future Stars management and staff -his name and stories are decided to be shared with the upcoming generations as long as the Future Stars existed. The main court in Uludağ was named after him in order to be a symbol that reflects his values, and the OUTSTANDING LEADER award program, determined by the votes of all the staff , was created.

Selçuk Molla, who is still in his late-40s, comes to the camps at every opportunity to be with young campers and counselors and continues to inspire young counselors at the award ceremony.
