On the first day of camp, the campers realize that they are a part of this special family. Here, campers begin to see the world with a different eye, experience new things away from home, and establish new friendships. 5- FUTURE STARS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
The backbone of the Future Stars camp experience are the counselors and they are graduates of the Future Stars Leadership Academy, which was established in 1999.
All the staff members, who want to be a part of this big family are to attend the trainings at the Leadership Academy. The trainer team is formed of camp managers who have the International Camp Director certificate, program directors with high camp experience, and local and foreign instructors who are experts in their fields.
In addition to the trainings and meetings held in Istanbul, all the summer camp staff of the Future Stars meet at the camp site 8 days before the campers and undergo a special orientation program. The trainings of the coaches during the orientation period are also prepared and conducted by an expert team.
6- Participants from All Over the World
Future Stars has hosted campers from 72 different countries with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences, but they all share a desire to have an exceptional summer by doing something different.
The most valuable aspect of the Future Stars camps is that the friendships formed here last a lifetime. Young people from all over the world attend the Future Stars camps to spend a different and unforgettable summer, and this is how unforgettable friendships begin.

7- Qualified Staff
With many applicants every year, Future Stars is able to be highly selective in who we hire. From counselors to activity leaders, teachers, cooks and technicians, our staff members all come with solid experience and a genuine desire to work with teenagers. A large percentage return each year, allowing for consistency and continuity in our high standards.
Around 400 experienced, well trained, international and dynamic staff from 10+ countries take part in summer, winter, spring and special projects yearly.
8-Expertise
The experience gained from out-of-school education programs since 1989, the researches, relations with ICF and careful planning ensure the continuous development of the Future Stars programs.
Future Stars managers also undertake important responsibilities in sectoral associations at home and abroad. Associations such as Turkish Camps Association and Basketball Camps Association were established with the initiatives of the Future Stars. Murat Gözet is the president of the Turkish Camps Association, and Fahrettin Gözet, as the president of the International Camping Fellowship ICF), playsan active role in these organizations.
When all this expertise and experience come together, a unique and perfect camp emerges. Everything is professionally planned from the first moment the campers register until they return home. Every detail from what should be in their suitcases, transportation, health, food, communication, insurance and souvenir photos is thought by the expert Future Stars team.
