
Fahrettin Gözet – Founder
He won Turkish championships in various categories with the Oyak-Renault and Bursa Anatolian High School basketball teams. He played professional basketball for 3 years in the 1st league in Turkey.He founded the Stars of the Future in 1989.Between 1996 and 2014, he made investigations on out-of-school education and camping in nearly 30 countries, participated in sectoral congresses and took part in international committees.He served as the founding president of the Basketball Schools Association, which was established in 2004 to represent the basketball school sector in Turkey, and was honored as the Honorary President of the association.He was a board member of the Turkish Basketball Federation between 2008 and 2012.He pioneered the establishment of the Turkish Camps Association in 2010, and was the founding chairman of the association for 6 years.Member of the board of the International Camps Association - ICF since 2008.In August 2010, as the head of the Children of the World project organized by the Turkish Basketball Federation and FIBA and attended by children and coaches from 110 countries, he directed the largest international camp ever organized.He played an important role in the organization of the International Camping Congress - ICC 2014 in Turkey, and as the president of the congress, he made 26 overseas visits and invited the world's leaders in this field to Turkey. The congress, which was held for the 10th time in Antalya in October 2014, was the congress with the largest participation of the country and the most successful.He has given conferences on extracurricular education and the Future Stars model at congresses and universities in more than 20 countries.At the ceremony held in Russia in January 2019, he became the first person to be deemed worthy of the "Camp Without Borders" award, which was started to be given by the Russian non-school education and camping sector.He served as International Camping Fellowship – ICF Vice President between 2014-2020.In October 2020, he was elected the President of the International Camping Fellowship - ICF, the main organization of the world camping industry, headquartered in Canada and representing 110 countries.

Murat Gözet – Founder
He took part in teams that competed in provincial and Turkish championships in various categories with the basketball teams of Oyak-Renault, Bursa Boys' High School, and DSI Nilüferspor.He played for Meysuspor Club in the Turkish 2nd League for two seasons.He has been the manager of Future Stars projects since the day it was founded.He attended training and made professional visits in many countries around the world.In 2008, he received the ICDC (International Camp Director Certificate) in Canada.He served as the chairman of the organizing committee for the International Camping Congress (ICC) 2014 in Turkey.He is a member of the American Camp Association and the International Camping Fellowship (ICF).He has been the chairman of the Turkish Camps Association since 2016.

Dağhan Tezbulur - General Manager
He started at Future Stars in 2000 with the Summer Camps. Between 2001 and 2007, he served as the Director of Administrative Affairs for the Summer Camps. From 2007 to 2010, he was the Program Director of the Alaçatı Surf Camp and Uludağ Ski Camp. In 2010, he served as the Finance Coordinator for the "Children of the World" project, organized by the Turkish Basketball Federation and FIBA, which hosted children and coaches from 110 countries. He also served as the Finance Coordinator for international events such as WYBS 2013 and ICC 2014. Since 2004, he has been the Finance Director of Future Stars. He is a member of the ICF (International Camping Fellowship) and the Turkish Camps Association. Currently, Dağhan Tezbulur serves as the General Manager of the company.

Rıfat Can Barutçugil - Camp Operations Director
He started his journey at Future Stars with the Istanbul Summer Schools in 1995 and participated as a camper in many programs until 2004. Between 2004 and 2012, he served as a coach at all levels in both Summer and Winter Camps. In 2012, he took on the role of Program Coordinator for the Uludağ Summer Camps. He also worked at Arçelik and Migros for certain periods between 2012 and 2015.In 2014, he successfully completed the International Camp Director Course held in Antalya and received his International Camp Director certificate. Since 2015, he has been working as the Camp Operations Coordinator. Throughout his time at Future Stars, he has served in over 150 camps.In 2016, he successfully completed the International Camp Trainer training held before the Asia Oceania Camping Congress in Japan, receiving his International Trainer certificate. He is a member of the ICF (International Camping Fellowship) and the Turkish Camps Association, and currently serves as the ICF Ambassador for Turkey.

Anna Dare- Media Director

Seda Doğruer - Communications Officer
She was born in Istanbul in 1980. After finishing primary school at Nurettin Teksan, she completed her secondary and high school education at Kadıköy Girls' High School. Between 1998 and 2000, she studied Public Relations at the Anadolu University Open Education Faculty (A.U.A.Ö.F.). From 1998 to 2007, she worked as a communications officer at various educational institutions.She joined the Future Stars organization in 2007. Since then, she has been responsible for registration processes, as well as pre- and post-camp communication with families.Between 2016 and 2019, she participated in numerous literature and poetry workshops, theater and voice-over training, and visual poetry exhibitions. In 2020, she contributed to collaborative poetry books published with Haydar Ergülen and other workshop participants. She also curates an audio poetry page on Instagram called "SedacaPoems."

Filiz Tezbulur - Communications Officer
She was born in Istanbul in 1982. Between 2000 and 2004, she studied Business Administration at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. From 2004 to 2014, she worked as an import-export supervisor for various foreign trade and customs companies.In 2014, she joined the Future Stars organization. Since then, she has been responsible for registration procedures and maintaining communication with families both before and after camp.She is a mother of one child and has two cats.

Ece Aydemir- Communications Officer
She was born in Istanbul in 1995. Between 2015 and 2019, she studied Maritime Studies at Kocaeli University. From 2019 to 2024, she was involved in both field and administrative operations within the maritime industry and various other sectors.In 2024, she joined the Future Stars organization. Since then, she has been managing registration processes and maintaining communication with families before and after camp.

Osman Göz- Management Consultant
He graduated with honors from Southern New Hampshire University with a double major in Marketing and International Business. During his studies, he played basketball in the NCAA for four years on a full athletic scholarship.His sports career began at Tofaş Sports Club, where he won numerous Turkish championships and multiple Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards. Following his education, he worked in sales and marketing at Mercedes-Benz for six years.He joined Future Stars as a Marketing Manager and served as the General Manager from 2009 to 2022. He is a member of TÜRSAB, DEİK, the Turkish-American Business Council, the Turkish Camps Association, and the ICF.

Nazlı Özçelik Önsel - Education Consultant
She holds the distinction of being the first and only female camper at the inaugural Future Stars camp held in 1993. Following high school, she lived in Mexico for one year as part of a student exchange program.After working in summer and winter camps for five years, she served as the Program Director of the English Development Camp between 2008 and 2010. Since 2011, she has been the Coordinator of the Uludağ Summer Camps.In 2010, she successfully completed the International Camp Director Course in Yalta, receiving her International Camp Director certificate. In 2011, she obtained her International Trainer certificate after completing the training held prior to the International Camping Congress in Hong Kong.In 2014, she served as the Assistant Director and Instructor for the first Turkish Camp Director Course held in Antalya. Currently, she serves as the Summer Camps Coordinator and Special Projects Director for Uludağ.She is a founding member of the Turkish Camps Association and is a member of the ICF (International Camping Fellowship), ACA (American Camp Association), and AOCF (Asia Oceania Camping Fellowship).

Utku Toprakseven - Management Consultant
Having started at Future Stars as a basketball school athlete and camper at the age of 10, he successfully completed all levels of the program and became the first Camp Director appointed from outside the founding team.Since 2005, he has represented Future Stars at training sessions and conferences worldwide. In 2008, as part of an international delegation, he visited over 20 camps in Canada. During this time, he successfully completed the International Camp Director Course in Quebec, earning his International Camp Director certificate.In August 2010, he served as the Coordinator for the "Children of the World" project, organized by the Turkish Basketball Federation and FIBA, which hosted children and coaches from 110 countries.In November 2011, by completing the "International Camp Director Trainer" training prior to the International Camping Congress in Hong Kong, he became Turkey's first and only Lead Trainer, and one of only 12 individuals globally to hold this title.Since 2010, he has resided primarily in London, working as a consultant for numerous international projects, including the London 2012 Olympics. He is also the founder and current consultant of the Future Stars Leadership Academy.He served as the Coordinator for major international events such as WYBS 2013 and ICC 2014. In 2014, he directed the first Turkish "Camp Director Course" held in Antalya.He is a founding member of the Turkish Camps Association and a member of the ICF (International Camping Fellowship) and AOCF (Asia Oceania Camping Fellowship).
